At William Cole Fine Jewelry, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines:
Eligibility
- Final sale, custom pieces and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be unworn, in pristine condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included.
- Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage outside of delivery will render the item ineligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us First: Please reach out to our team at info@williamcolefinejewelry.com before sending any items back. We will provide personalized return instructions to ensure your jewelry is handled with the utmost care.
- In-Store Returns: If you prefer, you may bring your item directly to our store for return or exchange.
- Items returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend insured, trackable shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds & Processing
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Store credit or exchanges will be issued once your return has been approved.
